Biography for H Haden Hammond

Full Sail alum H Haden Hammond graduated in 2002 as class valedictorian and immediately brought his broad skill set to Southern California with his eyes set on the feature VFX industry. He kicked off his career in 2003 as a rotoscope artist on the original "Underworld" feature at then-fledgling studio Luma Pictures. Since its early days, he has proved to be an essential member of the Luma team, establishing himself as a leader in compositing and look development. He currently acts as Sequence Supervisor, overseeing and supporting a solid team of artists while establishing continuity across and within sequences.

Originally from Corry, PA, Hammond's greatest strengths lie in adapting to different situations and tackling complex tasks with creative solutions. His achievements in look development can most recently be seen in "X-Men: First Class," for which he designed and generated the effects for Havok and Banshee's mutant powers.
