Every June your Executive Council meets to plan the events for the next season. This year is no exception. EC meetings are always on the 3rd Tuesday of the month (the week after the general meeting). The EC meeting in June is dedicated to developing the schedule for the following year.

The meeting will be at Disney Animation (the "Hat" building). So, to park or even to get on the lot, you must register. You do not need to have an account to register. If you have an account, you must login.

LA ACM SIGGRAPH continues a proud tradition of membership empowerment by holding a Planning Meeting at the end of every season where we plan the agenda for the upcoming year. Don't miss out! Bring your proposals, ideas, concepts, designs, sketches, doodles or home made baked goods! Lend a hand in generating the initial draft of our 2009-2010 calendar.

Proposals may be one page or less in length. If you're feeling verbose elaborate longer.
Please include the following details in your proposal:
Topic (What!)
Suggested Presenters (Who!)
Suggested Location (Where!)
Suggested Month (When!)
Meeting Producer (We have experienced content and event producers on the Executive Council who can assist and mentor new producers. Step up and we can supply the support!)

If you have an idea for a meeting, please come and be ready to present your idea. It is not necessary to have everything fully defined and thought through. There are usually several people to help if you have a good idea.

Even if you don't have an idea for a meeting you can contribute your thoughts and/or experience to bring the best program possible to our members.
