Come join us for the GIANT season finale as we discuss some of the very unique visual effects in the IMAXmovie Magnificent Desolation: Walking on the Moon, the movie that was awarded Best Visual Effects in a Special Venue Project this year by the Visual Effects Society. Hear Tim Sassoon and Johnathan Banta of Sassoon Film Design present some of their work from the movie with moderator Marty Shindler. Craig Barron of Matte World Digital will present work on the IMAX movie MacGillivray Freeman’s Greece:Secrets of the Past. Myles Connolly, Editor on Wired to Win: Surviving the Tour de France, will discuss the unique computer graphics aspects of that movie.
