As CEO of TRIPP, the award-winning wellness platform that uses the power of virtual reality to change the way you feel, Nanea's has over 15 years experience of tech leadership that has helped to deliver over $1.16BN in exits.  In addition to running TRIPP, Nanea advises several start-ups and sits on the Board of Directors of Tapjoy, one of the top mobile advertising networks.

Prior to co-founding TRIPP, Nanea  has held senior leadership roles at Electronic Arts (SVP, Global Online), textPlus, (President), Gaikai (Chief Strategy Officer - acquired by Sony), Machinima (COO - acquired by Warner Bros.), and JAMDAT Mobile (SVP, Technology - acquired by Electronic Arts.)  

Having been one of the few women in the video games industry to lead large scale tech initiatives, Nanea is very committed in her support of helping women into tech leadership roles. She speaks frequently on why girls should play video games as a path to getting more females to work in STEM. She believes her love of video games together with a lifelong meditation practice has changed the course of her life.

As an avid meditator who has learned the power of "getting what you give", Nanea is very active in her late husband’s non-profit Bodhicitta, Inc. that focuses on generating small acts of kinds including building an orphanage in Vietnam and 2 schools in Tibet. After losing her sister to an opioid overdose, Nanea is also very dedicated to working with women in recovery through her support of several Los Angeles recovery homes for women.
